This stone house is located in the characteristic village of Biniali, which has been declared a specially protected cultural heritage site (PEP). Built in 1800, this jewel was renovated in 2024 with great attention to detail. The strict building regulations for the preservation of historical heritage, known as ‘Patrimonio historico’, were adhered to. Protected by thick walls, the house is particularly well insulated against the cold in winter and offers a pleasant room temperature in summer. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with dining area, a kitchen with island and a guest WC. A modern wood-burning stove has been installed to create a cosy ambience for winter days.
