Karin Bellanti joined Buy a Home Mallorca in 2018 and became a partner in the company in 2021. With academic qualifications in economics and marketing, she combines strong professional expertise with extensive entrepreneurial experience after spending nearly two decades building and running a successful business in Mallorca. Her expertise, leadership, and long-standing presence on the island make her an important driving force behind the company’s continued growth and strategic development.

Originally from Växjö in southern Sweden, Karin developed an international perspective and a clear ambition to live abroad at an early age. After living in several different countries, she settled in Mallorca in 1999, where she quickly connected with the island’s unique lifestyle and long-term potential. In 2000, she founded Barskolan Academy, a bartending school that later expanded internationally to Miami, London, and Oslo. After 18 successful years, she decided to pursue a new professional direction and transitioned into the real estate industry, where she began working as a real estate agent. Today, she serves as Sales Director and Partner, combining her international outlook with strong business expertise and proven leadership.

Outside of her professional life, Karin leads an active and balanced lifestyle with a strong interest in travel, fitness, music, and gastronomy. She continues to explore Mallorca’s diverse landscapes, from the mountains to the coastline, and appreciates both the island’s dynamic energy and high quality of life. This balance, together with her deep understanding of the island, strengthens her ability to build strong relationships with both clients and partners and forms the foundation of her consistent and results-driven approach.

Karin lives in San Agustín, where she has been based since moving to the island. The proximity to both Palma and the sea reflects the lifestyle she values and represents. This connection is also reflected in the company’s presence in the area, where one of its offices is located, further reinforcing the focus on prime locations, strong market presence, and a high level of service that continues to attract both clients and future partners.
