In 2017, she transitioned into the real estate industry, where she now specialises in property sales and property acquisition. Her structured approach and clear understanding of clients’ needs enable her to provide a highly professional and results-driven service.

She previously gained experience in commercial management and business administration, with in-depth expertise in operations management, client relations, and business development. Her business acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail make her a valuable part of the company’s international team, particularly when working with diverse client profiles and international buyers.

Fluent in English, German, Italian, and Spanish, Loredana works confidently within an international client environment and ensures smooth communication and efficient business processes across different markets.

Born in the province of Verona in Italy and raised in Switzerland near Lake Constance, Loredana developed an international perspective from an early age. After discovering Mallorca as a young adult, she built a long-standing connection with the island. Since then, she has developed extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and the island’s key residential areas, strengthening her ability to provide clients with professional and personalised guidance with precision and confidence.

Today, Loredana is based in Ciudad Jardín, an area that reflects both her professional focus and her strong connection to the coastal region.

Thanks to her strong local presence and extensive international network, she is able to present suitable property opportunities to her clients while also offering valuable insights into life and investment opportunities in Mallorca.
