Chantal Christensson

Chantal has a strong international background and multilingual expertise, having grown up in a multicultural environment with English, Czech, and German as her native languages. Born in northern Germany to a Czech mother and a Swedish father, she moved to Mallorca with her family in 2006. Since then, she has further developed her language skills by becoming fluent in Spanish and has gained extensive knowledge of the island through living in several different locations, including Binissalem, Bunyola, Bendinat, and Palmanova.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in sustainability and graduated in the Netherlands in 2024. Alongside her studies, she worked in the hospitality industry from 2019 onwards, where she developed strong skills in customer service, organisation, and operations. After graduating, she expanded her professional profile through experience in sales, further strengthening her business acumen and client-focused expertise, which naturally led her into the real estate industry.

Since joining the company in early 2025 as Office Manager, Chantal has played an important role in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations and supporting both the internal team and client processes. In addition, she has taken on greater responsibility by joining the franchise team, where she now also works as Franchise Coordinator. In this role, she contributes to the development and organisation of the company’s franchise network and supports its growth while ensuring operational quality and consistency.

Chantal is based in the heart of Palma, a central location that reflects both her professional responsibilities and lifestyle. With her strong organisational skills, international perspective, and growing expertise within the real estate sector, she is an important coordinating force within the company and a key part of its continued development.
