That is why we are proud to present our very first sponsorship. Andreas Lindén is a Swedish professional long distance triathlete who is inspiring people to a healthier lifestyle since he broke a Swedish record back in 2010, finishing all four disciplines included in “A Swedish Classic” in a row, in 19 hours and 46 minutes. 

By the age of 19 Andreas was a professional cyclist and got the opportunity to go on a training camp in Mallorca with the world’s best cycling team. Then and there, Andreas decided to one day move to the island with the unbeatable landscape, ideal for training. 

When he changed sport, from cycling to triathlon, in 2013 he made his dream come true and moved to Mallorca. Ever since he has been a true Mallorca ambassadeur in social media, where he shares his training sessions from all over the island. With photos and videos of the varied landscapes of Mallorca, the high mountains and what seems to be never ending roads, he inspires his followers to explore Mallorca while training.

Every day more and more people discover the beauty of road cycling across the island. Exploring small villages on the countryside, riding past olive plantations and orange groves along the vast fields.

Mallorca has become synonymous with sports and training, and as a local Company, we love this new image. It is strengthening the economy and the days when Mallorca was known only for its beautiful beaches are long gone.
The efforts of the municipalities on cycling, hiking and other forms of training have attracted a new form of tourism to the island. And just like Andreas, there are many who see Mallorca's unique nature and fantastic climate as an unbeatable combination.

There is no wonder Mallorca is hosting several major triathlon competitions like Ironman and Challenge, and we are very proud to be represented by one of Sweden's best long distance triathletes.
